How can I wash the product?

Washing instructions can be found on a label located on the inside of the product. Generally, our slippers can be machine washed at 30 degrees on a delicate programme. In order to prevent damage to the item, we recommend drying it horizontally on a flat surface, without wringing/bending it.
I can't see the order on my Account. What should I do?

Only orders placed after registration are visible in your personal account.
What are the delivery times?

For an order to be checked and processed on the same day, it must be placed by 9:30 a.m. Usually, an order is delivered within 2-3 working days after processing.
How do shipments work during holidays?

As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://www.defonseca.com/en/terms-and-conditions/), De Fonseca does not ship during the week of 15th August (from the Saturday before 15th August to the following Sunday), during the Christmas holidays (from the Saturday before 25th December to the Sunday after 6th January) and on 10th August.
How does the return procedure work?
